1. Returns for Unused Parts
You may return any unused parts in the same condition as when received within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and processing costs. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer refunds.

2. Defective Parts Claims
If you believe you have received a defective part, please make a claim within 24 hours of the time of purchase or by the next business day, unless alternative arrangements were agreed upon at the time of purchase. We are committed to promptly addressing any concerns regarding the quality of our products.

3. Inspection Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all merchandise for defects or safety hazards upon receipt. We emphasize that buyers must carefully examine parts for proper application before installation. Please be aware that Wellbuilt does not provide any guarantees or warranties, either explicit or implied, for used merchandise regarding apparent or non-apparent safety hazards. The buyer must take responsibility for identifying and addressing any safety hazards, whether they are obvious or hidden. We strongly recommend hiring an expert to conduct a thorough inspection if you are uncertain.

4. Buyer Affirmation
By engaging in a transaction with Wellbuilt, the buyer affirms that they were given adequate opportunity to examine the purchased product before finalizing the agreement.

5. Exclusions from Returns
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
  • Restraint systems or related components.
  • Driveline internal parts purchased separately.
  • Tires and glass products.
  • Parts that have been misused, abused, altered, or used for a purpose other than their original intended use.
  • All special-order parts and electrical components.
  • All used Brokered, Fleet, commercial, or recreational vehicles are covered by a 90-day warranty with no labor included.
  • All new and rebuilt engines, transmissions, and driveline components, with warranty terms varying by manufacturer.
